Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through johnnyTCG.
1. Final Sale Items

All products opened during a live rip are final sale and non-refundable.

Once a product has been opened (ripped), it is considered used and ineligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.

Refunds will not be issued based on pull results, card value, luck, or personal dissatisfaction.
2. Unopened & Sealed Products

Refunds are only available for unopened and sealed products.

To qualify for a refund, the product must remain sealed and in its original condition.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Approved refunds require the item to be returned at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.
3. Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any promotional items included with an order must be returned for a refund to be processed.
4. Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items

johnnyTCG is not responsible for manufacturer defects or minor factory imperfections common to trading cards.

Damage caused during shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier.

Claims for missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for an order that was opened on stream violates this Refund Policy.

johnnyTCG reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using order records, stream footage, and delivery confirmation.

Customers who submit unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
6. Policy Acceptance & Changes

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.

johnnyTCG reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

The version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
