Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through johnnyTCG.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after a live rip is completed or after purchase of a sealed product.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping timelines may be extended during high-volume releases, promotions, or special events.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • johnnyTCG reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier unless otherwise specified.

3. Packaging & Handling

  • All cards and products are packaged securely to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

  • johnnyTCG is not responsible for minor movement, shifting, or cosmetic imperfections that occur during shipping.

4. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

  • johnnyTCG is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.

  • johnnyTCG is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Combined Shipping

  • Multiple orders may be combined and shipped together at the discretion of johnnyTCG.

  • Requests for delayed or held shipping must be approved prior to fulfillment.

7. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • johnnyTCG is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

8. Shipping Risk Acceptance

  • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with shipping trading card products.

9. Policy Modifications

  • johnnyTCG reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

  • The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
