By accessing this website or placing an order with johnnyTCG, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as all related policies, including the Live Rip Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

  • By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Live Rips

  • Certain products are sold for live opening (“live ripping”) on stream.

  • By purchasing a live rip product, you authorize johnnyTCG to open the product live unless a sealed-shipping request is submitted prior to the rip.

  • Trading card products are randomized; no specific cards, hits, or values are guaranteed.

4. Final Sale Acknowledgment

  • All sales are final once a product has been opened (ripped).

  • Opened products are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • Sealed product refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

  • johnnyTCG reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to errors, fraud, or stock issues.

  • In the event of an order cancellation, a refund will be issued for the canceled item only.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy.

  • johnnyTCG is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, branding, images, and stream content are the property of johnnyTCG and may not be used without permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent purchases or chargebacks

  • Abuse promotions or policies

  • Harass or threaten johnnyTCG or its community

  • johnnyTCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products.

  • Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

  • Chargebacks for products opened on stream may result in permanent restriction from future purchases.
